where the software lives

How it runs

No new login.

The workflow lives inside the AI your team already uses: your Claude, your ChatGPT, your Gemini. Your admin provisions it like any other workspace tool, under your sign-on, your retention rules, your audit settings.

The chat was never enough on its own. It forgets your business between sessions, and no auditor can follow what it did. So behind it, LightForge runs the backend the chat can't be: the data store, the history, the sign-ons, the dashboards, and the read-only connections to your ERP and your files.

Your people ask for the work where they already work. Every judgment the app makes lands on an audit log your auditor can read, not in a chat history that disappears.

§2The four controls.

Nothing runs without them. Your security reviewer gets a one-pager: where the data lives, which controls are signed, and who owns the 2 a.m. call.

Agent calls pass through a gate, reach a read-only copy of your data, and every call is written to the audit log your IT team watches fill in real time.AIAIAIAITHEGATEread-onlynamed tools onlya copy ofyour dataproductionnever touchedsales-report agentpo-exceptions agentlabor-planning agentdraft-memo agentAUDIT LOG: every call on the record09:12 sales-report agent · "read 12 POs from shared Drive; flagged vendor mismatch on PO 8841"09:16 po-exceptions agent · "listed 9 exceptions for today; routed 2 to ops lead with context attached"09:20 labor-planning agent · "matched skills and demand per shift; flagged 2 gaps on 2nd shift"09:24 draft-memo agent · "summarized contract clauses; drafted memo awaiting human approval"
The model never touches the database. It reaches a gated, logged copy, and every judgment call is on the record.

Every work item is a field of options until context collapses it.

Five work streams. Select a drawing, route an exception, score a plan, lock a dispatch, compose the next touch. Each collapse is one typed judgment, made in milliseconds and logged.

panels peek on both sides; drag, use the arrows, or click a panel edge to move. Pauses while you interact.

Domains are running LFW app streams: rfq drawing selection (industrial fastener supplier), po exception triage (industrial distributor), line balancing, field-service dispatch, order-to-cash. Judgment styles shown: choice, score, compose, with hard-constraint lockout where reality has one. Latencies illustrative. Every selection writes one audit line; nothing collapses off the record.

Your admin installs it. We run everything behind it.

Start with a Working Session. We inventory what exists, name the first workflow, and show you exactly where the app will live and what it will touch.
