LightForge Works delivers with partners. Our partners are subject-matter experts in their fields who make sure the client gets the full value of the advisory, the infrastructure, and the apps we build.
The split is simple: we build at a fixed price, and the partner delivers their own services on top, priced their way. The client keeps working with the expert they already trust.
§2How it works.
Discovery, together
You bring the client relationship and the domain expertise. We run the discovery with you in the room and scope the first workflow together.
The build is fixed-price. Your services sit on top.
We deliver the app: the audit log is on from day one, the source goes to your client's repo, and your client's data exports on exit. Around the build you deliver your own services, priced your way: adoption, training, the domain work only you can do.
Your client keeps the source
The code goes into your client's repository. There is no lock-in for you to defend and nothing for an acquirer to find.
§3What your client pays.
You set your client's price. Your rate with us lives in your partner agreement; your services on top are yours to price as well. Your client sees your price, not ours.
We bill the build; you bill your services. Your commercial terms with us are in the partner agreement, not in your client's invoice.
